Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases due to hygiene. We carefully inspect each and every piece before it is shipped. If within 14 days of purchase you believe your piece/s to be faulty please get in contact via the "contact us" page as soon as possible. If deemed faulty by G.P. we will organise a replacement to be sent as soon as possible. 

Please understand that all of our items are hand constructed and whilst G.P. take care in listing our pieces, please keep in mind that pearls are a natural, organic product and each and every pearl and or piece may vary in shape and size from picture shown.
